Concert agency "FBI" informs: the British band’s Depeche Mode open-air concert yet won’t take place in Latvia this year. We remind that due to the band’s leader Dave Gahan’s illness the concert scheduled on May 25, in Skonto stadium was cancelled. Even though the effort was made to find ways in order to reschedule dates for concerts in 8 countries, among them in Latvia, the band’s representatives had to make a decision to cancel these concerts regardless of spectacular sales ratios. Reason for the concert cancellation is Depeche Mode’s tight tour schedule for this year, which unfortunately doesn’t allow any more changes.
Ticket holders will be able to return their tickets in exchange for money starting from June 15. Ticket refund points: in Riga, "Rīgas Kongresu nams", K. Valdemāra iela 5 (business hours: working days 10:00 – 19:00, Saturdays 10:00 – 19:00, closed on Sundays); in Daugavpils, in "Reklamarket" pay-office at shopping centre "Solo", Rīgas iela 9 (every day 10:00 – 20:30); in Liepāja, shopping centre "Kurzeme", Lielā iela 13 (every day 9:00 – 21:00); in Jelgava, in "Reklamarket" pay-office at shopping centre "Vivo centrs", Katoļu iela 18 (every day 9:00 – 22:00); in Valmiera, city gallery "Valleta", Rīgas iela 4 (Mondays – Thursday 10:00 – 20:00, Fridays & Saturdays 10:00 – 21:00, Sundays 10:00 – 18:00).
In order to relieve the return of money for ticket holders who are planning to return their tickets in "Rīgas Kongresu nams" in Riga, it is advisable to fill out application form in time ( here). The application form will have to be handed over in the pay-office along with purchased tickets.
For those who purchased the tickets online (including PDF tickets), the foreign visitors and everybody who is not able to come to the ticket refund points mentioned above, the money will be returned in the transfer manner by filling out application form ( here). The filled application must be sent electronically to info@bilesuserviss.lv or by mail – SIA "BIĻEŠU SERVISS", Dzirnavu iela 60-4, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia by attaching purchased tickets to it.
SIA "BIĻEŠU SERVISS" returns money for tickets which were purchased in SIA "BIĻEŠU SERVISS" trade places or in online shop www.bilesuserviss.lv.

Ticket refunding period is going to last until this year’s September 15, therefore ticket holders are advised not to form rows on the first days of ticket refunds and not to hurry with ticket conversion.
