The company «BDG» was founded in 1994. «BDG» is the leading entertainment company in the Baltic states in terms of handling and sales of events such as live performances and shows of the world’s famous stars in music business (concert agency «FBI» in Latvia, concert agency «FBI» in Estonia), club and restaurant business (the night club «Club Hollywood» and the rest and entertainment place «Kaheksa» in Tallinn) and demonstration of feature films (cinemas «Cinamon» in Riga, Tartu, Kaunas and Klaipeda).

In Latvian entertainment industry «BDG» started its action in 1997. The company’s main operating sphere included organization of concerts of the world’s famous foreign artists. In Latvia the company’s «BDG» trademark is known as «FBI» («First Baltic International»). The usage of the rights of accordant trademark belongs to «BDG Holding».
