Tickets

1. Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets for all events organized by us are available through the Biļešu Serviss network.
For selected Crave Night events, tickets are also available on the Resident Advisor website. Links to official ticket sales can be found on our website and social media profiles.

Please be cautious when purchasing tickets outside official ticketing platforms. Entry to the event is not possible with fake or invalid tickets.

2. Tips for Buying Tickets

  • To stay up to date with upcoming events, receive special offers – including presale codes – and take part in competitions, become a member of the Positivus & FBI Concert Club by subscribing to our newsletter in the “FBI Club” section and following our social media profiles.
  • At the start of sales, tickets at the lowest price are usually available to everyone, but in cases of high demand they may sell out very quickly.
  • Use only one browser per device – having multiple ticket sales tabs open on the same device may cause system issues.
  • Do not refresh the page. Refreshing will interrupt your session.
  • Prepare your payment details in advance to ensure a fast checkout process.
  • Keep an eye on the countdown timer in the ticketing system. Most ticket platforms reserve selected tickets only for a limited time.
  • To maximize your chances of securing tickets for high-demand concerts, we recommend having your phone, laptop, or tablet ready and opening the event’s ticket sales page at least 10 minutes before presale or public sales begin.

3. Where and how can I get a presale code?

Presale codes for Positivus & FBI Concert Club members are sent to the email address you provided on the day the concert is announced or on the day presales begin. To receive information about presale ticket access for our events, you must be a member of the Positivus & FBI Concert Club. Membership in the Positivus & FBI Concert Club is free of charge.

4. How does a friend code differ from a presale code?

A friend code allows Positivus & FBI Concert Club members to purchase tickets at a special price, while a presale code provides access to ticket purchases before the public sale begins.

5. I’m registered as a Positivus & FBI Concert Club member but didn’t receive a presale code.

Information about presales is sent to all Positivus & FBI Concert Club members. Before presales begin, please make sure to check your email spam/junk folder. If you registered as a Positivus & FBI Concert Club member recently, your details may not yet be included in our newsletter system – this process can take a few days. In this case, please contact us via our social media channels.

6. Where can I buy tickets for a sold-out concert or event?

We strongly advise against purchasing tickets via social media or from unauthorized websites – such tickets may not be valid for entry, and ticket scams are common on these platforms.

We recommend becoming a Positivus & FBI Concert Club member, following the FBI Instagram profile, and clicking “Going” on the official Facebook event page for the specific concert or event. These channels are where we will share updates if additional tickets become available.

7. Help – I can’t attend the event!

FBI Concert Agency provides ticket refunds only in cases where an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or its content has changed significantly.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer ticket refunds if the ticket holder is unable or chooses not to attend the event for any reason.

Rescheduled and Cancelled Events

1. Will the event I plan to attend take place?

Your event will take place as planned unless you receive information about any changes. We will notify you of updates through the following channels:

  • the official Facebook page of the specific concert or event;
  • the FBI Concert Agency website;
  • the e-mail address you provided when purchasing your ticket.

If you still have concerns about the event, please contact us by emailing info@bdg.lv.

2. What should I do if an event is rescheduled?

If an event for which you have purchased a ticket is rescheduled, it means a new date has been set. If you are unable or do not wish to attend the event on the new date, you will be entitled to request a ticket refund within a specified period from the date the rescheduling is announced. In most cases, your original ticket will remain valid for the new event date. However, in certain situations, new tickets may be issued.

Please wait for an email from the ticket seller, which will include all relevant details and explain how the changes apply to you. If you have additional questions regarding rescheduled events, please contact us at info@bdg.lv or reach out to us via our social media channels.

3. What should I do if an event has been rescheduled but the new date has not yet been announced?

Please rest assured – we are working on confirming a new event date, and ticket holders will be the first to be informed of any updates. Ticket holders who plan to attend the event should keep their tickets until the new date is confirmed. Those who are unable or do not wish to attend the event on the new date will be entitled to request a refund within a specified period from the date the event was rescheduled.

After this deadline, refund requests will no longer be accepted, and the tickets will be considered invalid.

4. What should I do if an event I purchased tickets for has been cancelled?

Occasionally, events we organize may be cancelled for various reasons. This means the event will no longer take place and is not currently planned to be rescheduled. Please wait for an email from the ticket seller, which will include instructions on the next steps. If you have additional questions about cancelled events, please contact us via our social media channels or by emailing info@bdg.lv.

5. I still haven’t received any information about the event – what should I do?

If you have not received any information about changes to the concert or event, it will take place as planned.
